Crow Butte State Park

This park is located in the Benton region of Washington, and it is managed by the Port of Benton, so you will not need a discovery pass to enter the park region. Covering over 275 miles, Crow Butte Park provides diverse areas for all types of visitors. 

When you visit this state park, you will find many different amenities for your enjoyment. This park sits on an island in the Columbia River, and you can visit Crow Butte Park by car or by boat. You will also find 50 campsites that provide full services, three boat launches, and a boat basin. 

The boat ramp stays open year round, even when the park is closed. Dogs can visit this park as well, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash during their stay. During your visit to Crow Butte State Park, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the Port of Benton. 

Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to Crow Butte Park as this park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here.
