This gated park stretches around one acre. And although the majority of this grassy field gets Scruffy sunbathing, there are also beautiful trees to provide you and your furry friend with shade. Conveniently, there are water fountains on-site to quench your thirst and fill up Scruffy’s bowl.

You will be happy to know that this park is free and Scruffy can run around without his leash. If you don't have the energy to run like Scruffy does then take advantage of the benches on-site. Here you can sit and make a new friend as well as chat it up with other dog owners. Since this dog park is located within the recreational park, you can utilize surrounding amenities, such as the playground and pavilion. 

This park also has a few rules you should be aware of before you tell your salivating Scruffy you’re going for a car ride. To keep the park safe and pristine, you need to keep Scruffy at home if he is sick, aggressive, excessively barks, digs, or lacks up-to-date vaccinations or a license. And Scruffy's dog pal, Lola, cannot attend if she is in heat (This might be good for Scruffy anyway).

And if you have children who are under 49 inches, it would be wise to have your partner take them to the playground, because small kiddos are prohibited. Other kids, 15 and under, need to be accompanied by an adult. And dog handlers need to be at least 16 years of age.

Love to bring Scruffy's biscuits wherever you go? Well, at this dog park, treats are not permitted - dogs get jealous too! However, you can bring Scruffy's favorite dog toy. Also, pay attention to the posted signs that remind owners to pick up your doggy poo. So pack a bag before you go.
