Founded completely on the donations and generous gifts of local businesses and community volunteers, this dog play haven boasts two fully fenced areas where dogs can romp off-leash and cavort with other neighborhood pups. This pawblic dog park is free, just be sure your dog is fully vaccinated and licensed, and wearing their tags and their collars to let other owners know.
With a large and small dog area covered in grass that are similar in size, your pup will love it whatever size they are. Benches and a pavilion are located in both areas for you to relax while you watch your pup having a ball. Next to the dog park are enclosures for horses for the equine rescue, so be sure your dog isn't too spooked by these bigger mammals. Drinking water is available in both runs, as are clean-up bags, so always pick up after your pup. Bathrooms for you are located on the grounds for public use too. And if your pup has had enough socialization, clip on the leash and take a walk on the dog trail that winds around the horse enclosures.
Since the park operates purely on monetary gifts, donations are not required, but gratefully accepted for ongoing maintenance and park improvements. Visitors to this dog playground note that the grounds are kept meticulously clean. Be sure to stay in the enclosures at all times with your pup, and keep any food out of the dog park. Also, keep any small children close by and ensure they stay safe.
