Dogs Rule Dog Store and Playground is located on the property known as Quail Acres in Washington, Pennsylvania. A comprehensive dog destination offering grooming, shopping, and a fully fenced play area, Dogs Rule Dog Store and Playground earns high marks from dogs and their owners alike. 

This private facility's enclosure is suitable for off-leash play. It is unknown if there is a separate area reserved for use by small dogs solely. Though the enclosure is a designated off-leash zone, dogs are to remain on a lead when traveling to and from the play area. In addition to this, owners are required to carry a leash with them at all times in case of an emergency situation. 

Little is known about this private doggy play haven including whether or not it is fee-based. It is not known if there are bathroom facilities on-site for public use or if there is a potable water supply on the premises to help keep Fido well-hydrated during his play time at the park. For this reason, it is suggested that owners carry a bottle of water and a suitable drinking dish with them for their dog.

Also not known is whether or not seating is provided or if the play area offers shade from the sun on hot days.
