Eddie & Friends Dog Park

Located on the breathtakingly beautiful San Juan Islands, Eddie and Friends Dog Park finds its home in Friday Harbor, Washington. Two acres of pristine property, Eddie and Friends Dog Park is a dog play sanctuary housed on two acres of land. 

A dog park with a commitment to off-leash play and the development of proper social skills, this dog playground offers two sections that are fully fenced where dogs can enjoy a good run and some play time off lead. An additional multi-purpose enclosed area is often used for dogs who are smaller or shy. To ensure that all dogs remain safe while enjoying the dog runs, it is best for all owners to retain a leash with them. 

Eddie and Friends Dog Park is proud to offer visitors and their dogs access to this dog play haven free of charge. For the comfort of all visitors whether they be canine or human, Eddie and Friends Dog Park is equipped with all of the things a family needs to truly enjoy a day at the park. An ideal spot for picnicking, benches and gazebos are scattered throughout the premises, affording families the opportunity to enjoy some quality time shared over a wonderful meal. 

Unfortunately, there are neither bathrooms or water supplied at this dog playground. Since it is easy for a dog to become dehydrated after a rigorous bout of play, it is wise for owners to plan ahead and bring a supply of water with them. Not known is whether or not poop bags are available at Eddie and Friends Dog Park. 

To ensure you have a bag when you need it, you should be sure to pack some in your car in case of an emergency. Park officials trust all owners to be responsible to clean up after their pets. Though very few posted rules are required at this lovely park space, it is required that all dogs be inoculated with the core vaccines and remain current with their city dog licensing. 

Eddie and Friends Dog Park management also asks all visitors to refrain from bringing bicycles, alcohol, cigarettes, and food into the dog runs. For a day trip to an island paradise, load up the car and head for Eddie and Friends Dog Park!
