Edenvale Park Hockey Rink Dog Park

Edenvale Hockey Rink Dog Park sits on the same grounds as Edenvale Park in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. One of six area dog parks dedicated to off-leash play time, Edenvale Hockey Rink Dog Park operates seasonally with the rink area converted to ice for hockey from November through March each year. 

The off-leash section is fenced to ensure the safety of all dogs. Unfortunately, there is not a section reserved exclusively for use by small, shy, or elderly dogs. However, all dogs are warmly welcomed to enjoy off-leash activity in the singular enclosure. As an important safety measure, owners are to ensure they have access to a lead at all times. 

Edenvale Hockey Rink Dog Park is reserved exclusively for use by dogs whose owners are residents of the town of Eden Prairie. Access to the park is granted upon proof of a current Eden Prairie Dog License. The cost for a dog license is $20, and it is valid for one calendar year. 

Since it is unknown if there are any on-site amenities at Edenvale Hockey Rink Dog Park, owners should bring all supplies they may need for a day at the dog park with them including a bottle of water, a dog dish, and poop bags. 

Park officials extend their gratitude to all owners for their commitment to cleaning up their dogs' waste to help preserve the park's cleanliness for all to enjoy. It is uncertain if bathrooms are housed on the grounds. 

Nearby Edenvale Park offers many outdoor recreational opportunities for all members of the family to enjoy. Among the fun on-site activities are basketball, a hiking trail, hockey and ice skating (in season), a playground, and baseball. For those who enjoy picnics, comfortable seating and a covered shelter are provided for public use.

Few rules govern the use of Edenvale Hockey Rink Dog Park. Vaccinations are not mandatory but are recommended.
