There are ample places to leave your car in the parking lot at the park’s entrance. You will need your pup’s leash so clip it on and get going!

There are almost 5 acres of land to explore, which has been a neighborhood favorite since the early 1920’s. Take your pup on a walk throughout the park on the paved paths which lead to the different amenities here. There is plenty of grass still available for your puptastic friend to enjoy a romp or a roll, and lots of shade trees to sit under for a well-deserved rest. The city sidewalks running just on the outskirts of the park make for an extended walk as well, should your pup have extra energy!

Check out all the park has to offer before you head home, including the baseball and soccer fields where kid’s leagues play, and a fully-functioning recreation center sporting a fitness center, gym, and meeting rooms. Other amenities include tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a kiddie playground. Please keep your furry friend on leash while you are visiting here, and bring bags to clean up after them. Bring some water bottles as well to share to keep your friend hydrated, especially during those hot, summer days.
