Today, the park sits behind the Bell Street Chapel, and hosts a fenced-in woofderland for pups of all sizes! With plenty of trees for shade, grassy sections, and lots of open space to roam, your pup will love meeting new furiends here. If sniffing is the name of your dog's game, there's plenty to explore under the trees, or along a dirt path where you can spot old stone walls from a bygone era. For an easier walking path, try the paved walkway near the entrance. With a stone fireplace, boulders and tree trunks, there's a lot to discover!
When you're ready for a break, benches are available where you can watch your pup play. There's a water fountain on site for thirsty doggos, and clean-up bags and trash cans are provided, making it easy to pick up after your pup.Â
This is a pupular dog park, especially in good weather, so there's usually canines to rub noses with. If you visit in the winter months, you may want to bring your own water and bowl.Â
As with any dog park, be sure you keep the leash on your dog when entering and exiting the park, and anywhere outside of it. Keep the leash in hand while your dog runs free, and always have them in sight at all times.Â
