Jaycee Park Dog Run

If you’re looking for a furiffic off-leash area for your pup, check out Jaycee Park Dog Run! This dog run is fully fenced, allowing your pup to play safely, and it has plenty of great amenities for your dog.

The dog run is located inside Jaycee Park, and to the south of the Wade Avenue parking lot. There’s an accessible sidewalk between the parking lot and dog run. Pups must remain on-leash until you get into the dog run. When you get in the dog run, you’ll see a big area where dogs of all sizes can play together and make new friends. There are plenty of trees to keep the area shady and cool on hot days. There are also lots of shady benches for owners to sit on while their dog plays.

If you need to clean up after your dog, there are waste stations and trash cans in the dog run. There’s no water available, though, it’s a good idea to bring some with you. If you’d like, you can also bring a tennis ball or a Frisbee to play catch with your dog. Your pup will have a pawsitively amazing time running around in this fun-filled off-leash area!

After your dog is finished playing in the dog run, put their leash back and explore the rest of beautiful Jaycee Park. This 14-acre park is home to a picturesque garden filled with daylilies and other native plants. You can also take your pup for a stroll on the park’s paved pathway, which goes past softball fields, a baseball field, a playground, a tennis court, and a community center.

Jaycee Park Dog Run is a great place to let your pup stretch their legs and play off-leash. Remember to clean up after your dog while you’re in the park, and enjoy spending time at this dog run!
