Oakwood Dog Park

This pawsome playground is located in a residential area of Raleigh, making it the pawrfect spot for a day of doggy fun with some R&R added in for you as well! Consisting of two fully fenced play areas, Oakwood Dog Park has something for dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities to enjoy. 

The larger dog area is a "free for all" zone: all doggoes are welcome to pawrty on there. There is a smaller play space that has been set aside specifically for use by pups who prefer a gentler play style. Whether your doggo wants to play with the big boys or hang with the littlest pupperonis, they are sure to have a barking great time! Both play areas are off-leash zones, so you can unclip your pooch's leash right at the gate. 

The doggy play spaces are complete with drinking water and toys, but you will need to bring some cleanup bags with you from home. You will also find lots of benches and furrifically beautiful shade trees. Why not kick back and relax while your main canine squeeze burns off some extra calories? 

Oakwood Dog Park has instituted a few rules you and your pooch must abide by during your visit. All dogs four months of age or older must be vaccinated against rabies and bear the appropriate tag as proof on their collar at all times. Food is also not permitted in the dog run areas at any time.
