Lake Dardanelle State Park

Lake Dardanelle State Park is a great place for adventurists of all kinds. Located in the Arkansas region, this state park fosters fun, excitement, and pure joy for anyone that comes to have a fabulous time. This park covers two spots on Lake Dardanelle, which sits on a 34,300-acre reservoir. 

In the two different areas, you will find different types of amenities to enjoy, but visitors tend to visit both spots during their stay for some extra-added fun. When you come to Lake Dardanelle State Park, you will find many different activities that you can partake in. You can fish, hike, geocache, motorcycle, climb, golf, diamond dig, and backpack. 

You will also find a fishing pier, trails, a boardwalk, aquariums, a visitors room, meeting facilities, sports fishing weigh-in pavilion, and many different campsites. Dogs can also come to this park, but they must stay on a leash during their time here. During your stay, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the Arkansas State Park System. 

Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can come to this park, and female pups in heat and young pooches under four months old must stay back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to this park as Lake Dardanelle State Park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must pick up and watch over their dogs while they are here. 

Humans should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun times in Lake Dardanelle State Park. If you wish to camp, you must schedule a reservation. Reservations can be made on the park's main website or in the park's main office. Overall, this park is a great addition to the Arkansas area.
