Paws Dog Park (at Murray Park)

Paws Dog Park is a dedicated dog play area attached to family-friendly Murray Park in Little Rock, Arkansas. This public dog play space boasts of 2 fully fenced areas where dogs can enjoy off-leash play. The large dog play space, reserved for dogs 30 lbs or greater in weight, consists of two acres of land. The second enclosure is set aside for use by dogs weighing less than 30 lbs and is 0.5 acres in size.

Both play areas contain large buckets filled with water which is suitable for drinking or playing in. The area is also well-shaded by plenteous trees to help keep Fido and his family cool during their visit to the park. Benches are also provided on the premises, allowing Fido's family the opportunity to recline and relax while observing their favorite furry friend at play. 

Access to this public play space is free of charge. There are bathroom facilities located near the playground area of Murray Park. Additionally, complimentary poop bags are provided on the premises to assist owners with cleaning up after their pet to preserve the cleanliness standards of the park.

Park officials require that all dogs attending the play areas be dewormed, vaccinated, licensed, and bear up to date identification tags on their collars. In addition to this, it is required that all spike, choke, or pinch collars are removed prior to entering the enclosures. Food is strictly prohibited within the dog play areas. For the safety of all dogs, beverages in glass containers which could fall and break are forbidden.

While this park is a designated off-leash zone, it is required that all dogs remain on a lead when going to and from the enclosures as well as in other areas of nearby Murray Park.
