Description
Moraine State Park is located in the beautiful region of Pennsylvania, providing a great place for all types of visitors. This state park sits close to the communities of West Liberty, Prospect, and Unionville, and you will also find the college town of Slippery Park nearby. These communities love to come to this state park on a regular basis.

When you come and visit this state park, you will find many different types of amenities that are available for your enjoyment. This park offers golf, hiking, biking, horseback riding, picnicking, mountain biking, swimming, boating, fishing, hunting, disc golfing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, wildlife watching, and overnight camping.

Canines can also come and explore in this state park, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash during their entire stay. Dogs must also stay by their owner's side at all times. During your stay in Moraine State Park, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the Pennsylvania State Parks System.

Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park, and female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to this park as they do not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here.

Pet parents should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in Moraine State Park. If you wish to camp, you must schedule a reservation. Reservations can be made on the park's main website or in the park's main office.

Overall, Moraine State Park is a great addition to the Pennsylvania area. If you are visiting or living in the surrounding cities of this park, you may want to head on over to Moraine State Park. You will have a fabulous time exploring the grounds of this beautiful place.
