This state park covers 101-acres and it is perfect for anyone that is looking to camp. You will also find 6,180 feet of freshwater, making Paradise Point State Park a favorite spot for swimming in the local area. Yurts are also available for those who desire a more lavish campsite. 

During your stay at Paradise Point State Park, you will find many different types of amenities that are available for your enjoyment. This park has restrooms, campgrounds, freshwater access, an amphitheater, hiking trails, and availability for fishing, boating, swimming, and personal watercraft usage. 

Dogs can also come and visit Paradise Point State Park, but they must remain on a six-foot-long leash during their entire stay. When you come and visit this state park, you must follow the rules and regulations that are enforced by the region. Dogs must be licensed, tagged, and vaccinated before they can enter the park.

In addition, female pooches in heat and young pups under four months old must remain back at home. Dogs must be well-mannered before they come to Paradise Point State Park as this park does not tolerate any aggressive behavior, and humans must clean up and watch over their dogs while they are here. 

Humans should also bring water and dog bags for all of their fun adventures in Paradise Point State Park. If you wish to camp, you must schedule a reservation. Reservations can be made online or in the park's main office. Overall, this is a great place that sits right on the interstate.
