Ross Dog Park

Hazel Dell "Ike" Dog Park, formerly known as Ross Dog Park, is located in Vancouver, Washington. The first park envisioned and built by DOGPAW, this dedicated dog play space is comprised of 12 acres of natural land. The rugged, hilly terrain offers a great workout for dogs and their owners alike.

This awesome park boasts of two fully fenced enclosures. One play space is reserved specifically for small dog use. It is unknown if these enclosures are suitable for off leash play though it is likely that this is their intended purpose. Regardless, owners are asked to leash their dogs when travelling to and from the play spaces and to retain a lead with them at all times in case of an emergency.

This beloved dog play space earns high marks from visitors for its pristine cleanliness. Visitors to the park laud the serene beauty of the 3/4 mile trail located on the property. Benches are located throughout the dog park in well-shaded areas. This comfortable seating is conducive to an afternoon of relaxation while observing Fido at play or enjoying a leisurely lunch on the grounds.

Entrance to this public park is free of charge. It is unknown if bathroom facilities are available on the premises. A plentiful fresh water supply is provided to help keep Fido well-hydrated during his fun time at the park. It is unknown if complimentary poop bags are available on site. However, it is required that all owners carry bags with them to pick up and properly dispose of all canine waste promptly.

While there are no official posted regulations governing the use of this public dog play space, it is highly recommended that all dogs be current on vaccinations.
