Shoreview Off Leash Dog Area

The Shoreview Off-Leash Dog Area is located at 320 NW Innis Arden Way, in Seattle, Washington. It is a dog-friendly community, spanning approximately 2.5 acres in the northeastern corner of the park, in close proximity to the Shoreline Community College.

The designated off-leash area is open to visitors and their pets from November through early spring and only until dusk, as all Shoreline parks. There are also portable restrooms available as well as dog waste stations and rules signage. The small dog area ensures that even the shiest pets can enjoy a wonderful afternoon alongside their owners.

To access the Shoreview Off-Leash Dog Area, visitors need to go east and up the hill from the Shoreview tennis courts, in the southeast corner of the park. Visitors will be able to find a lot of signs guiding them either from the Shoreview parking lot off Innis Arden Drive or from the Shoreline Community College parking lot. The park is primarily composed of a mix of grass, dirt, gravel, and wood chips and offers dogs plenty of space to run around and play with each other. Owners can also take up the trails to explore Boeing Creek Park or walk down to the creek and lake if they choose to.

There are also plenty of benches and shaded areas for the owners to take advantage of. Plus, there are water bowls set out for dogs to drink out of and a water reservoir situated right at the entrance to the park.
