Twin Harbors State Park is home to a beach and various trails that wind through tunnels and over sand dunes, providing a diverse landscape to explore. The beach itself is a pristine natural beauty and is rife with driftwood for Fido to pick up and enjoy a rousing game of fetch.

If you are a thrill seeker, you will be happy to discover that Twin Harbors State Park is an ideal spot for storm watching, an activity quite popular in this area of Washington state. This particular state park is known for its social atmosphere. Twin Harbors State Park is also proud to offer its visitors the opportunity to participate in what is known as "surf fishing." While Twin Harbors State Park is dog-friendly, all dogs enjoying the park to remain on a lead at all times. Poop bags are not provided on site; however, all owners are expected to properly clean up and dispose of all canine waste materials. Though park officials have not mandated any regulations governing the use of this state park, it is advisable that all dogs making use of the premises be up to date on all vaccinations and bear the appropriate required state licensing tag.

It is unknown if water is available on site. To ensure Fido's hydration needs are met, it is best to carry a bottle and appropriate drinking vessel with you. Access to this state park is free, but accommodations and camping sites are fee-based. This park also observes seasonal hours.
