Spanning 70 acres on the Columbia River, Walla Walla Point Park is pawfect for taking a leisurely stroll along the water with your four-legged pal. This well-loved destination offers over a mile of trail and beautiful mountain views, making it easy to forget that you're still in the city. The trail that passes through the park is a section of the 10-mile Apple Capital Recreation Loop Trail, so you and your pooch can go for a longer walk beyond the park's boundaries. Following the Apple Capital Loop Trail will allow you and Fido to explore both the east and west shores of the Columbia River, as well as some of the other parks in the area. Just keep in mind that you'll be sharing the path with other walkers, joggers, skaters, and cyclists, so make sure your pup knows proper trail petiquette!
