Westminster Dog Park - Dallas

Looking for a quiet Dallas park to take Fido for the day? Westminster Community Dog Park might be just what the dogtor ordered! This pawpular doggy recreational area is a cooperative effort between the congregation of Dallas' Westminster Presbyterian Church and the dog owners residing in the suburb of Devonshire. A place that encourages off-leash play, your main canine squeeze is bound to have a doggone amazing time in the one fenced enclosure. 

There are so many pawsitively awesome things at Westminster Community Dog Park! A neighborhood dog park that offers just a little bit more, this doggy play haven is known for its furiendly people and pooches. Every second and fourth Saturday of the month from 9 AM to 10:30 AM, the church members host an event called Canines and Coffee. Bring your pup and get your caffeine groove on all in one pawrific spot. What could be more fun?

No stone has been left unturned in setting up the doggy play runs. They are filled with water fountains and chairs in well-shaded areas. Your pooch can stretch their legs for hours racing through the wooftastic grass area.

In case your pup is in need of a bath, there is also a "dog spa" on the premises where you can hose Fido off after his day of fun. Be sure to bring some cleanup bags from home as none are provided at this puptastic playground. Pawblic bathrooms can be found within the church building. This park does observe seasonal hours during the school year, but during the summer months, it is open from sunrise to sunset daily.
