If Fido is craving some off leash time, head over to the Buffalo Creek Dog Park. The park is separated into a large and small dog park, both having more then enough space for your pup to run around. The park offers covered picnic tables for owners, and plenty of shade to keep everyone cool. If your pup doesn't want to socalize, roam around Buffalo Creek Park together. The park offers plenty of lights if you are visiting when it is dark, as well as baseball, soccer, and football fields. There is a playground and a pavilion for shade, plus a nice paved walking path.

The Gardens of Parrish

Have a fun day out together with your pup at the Ola Mae Sims Park. The park has some wonderful amenities for you and Fido, including basketball courts, a horseshoe court, a baseball filed, picnic tables, and a playground. There are water fountains for owners, plus restrooms and benches if you want to take a break. The park also offers a multi-purpose paved trail where you and your pup can get a good walk in together. The park does not offer a ton of shade, so make sure to take breaks and give Fido plenty of water. Don't forget your clean-up bags.

River Wilderness

Rye Preserve is a great location to take your four legged friend for an amazing day out together. The preserve offers fun activities for you and your pup, including kayaking or canoeing, fishing, picnic areas with pavilions, wildlife viewing, and camping. The preserve has tons of trails running through it that you and your pup can explore together, just make sure to keep Fido on a leash while you are visiting. Locals warn to be careful on the trails since some of the trails have soft surfaces and can cause injury. Don't forget to bring water along with you while you enjoy the preserve.

Duette

Duette Preserve is a beautiful park to go and hang out at with your furry pal. The park has the North Fork Manatee River running through it, perfect if Fido loves splashing in the water. With great amenities like hiking, fishing, camping, and wildlife viewing, your pup will have a great time at the preserve. Take advantage of the picnic area and have a nice meal outdoors with your pup by your side. The FL Park is right down the road from the preserve, and offers a playground and restrooms. There is plenty of grass for fetch and even a nice paved walking path so you and your pup can get a walk in for the day.

Heritage Harbor

Creekwood Park is a beautiful area to go and explore with your furry pal. This park offers a playground, picnic pavilion, and tons of open green space for fetch. If your pup wants to run free, you're in luck since the park offers an off leash dog park. The dog park is seperated into small and large dog areas, with great amenities like water foutnains, waste bags, pavilions for shade, and a fence to make sure everyone stays safe. Located in Bradenton, and only twelve miles out of Parrish, your pup will love hanging out at this dog park with you.
