North Hodgenville
With wide open fields and winding walking paths, Creekfront Park on Tonnieville Road is a furrific place to go for a leashed stroll with your doggo. As the name implies, there is a creek flowing through the park, and you and Fido can find it when you venture into the wooded area behind the playground equipment. After letting your pup dip their paws and cool off in the water, stop by the picnic shelter or pick a spot on the grass to enjoy a packed lunch with your best friend. Bring sunscreen as there is limited shade along the walking paths.

Located on Leafdale Road, the LCEERC is pawfect for maintaining an active lifestyle with Fido. The main, chipseal walking trail spans 4,400 feet over rolling topography, so you can expect to be in for a challenging hike. Furtunately, the view is pretty, with oaks and wildflowers all around, and there are benches along the way providing several spots for rest breaks. The site also contains a couple of primitive paths that will take you and your furry pal around Pearman Forest.
