The Pier
For a pawsome day out with your pooch, head on over to the puptown of Piermont! This puptastic place isn’t far away from Orangeburg, and is home to the furrific Piermont Dog Run. Your pup will have so much fun here, with a fenced in run and play area where your canine can enjoy being off leash. There is lots of grass, and separate areas for small pups and larger canines. There is shade here on a sunny day, but be sure to bring some fresh water for your panting pooch. A membership is required to use Piermont Dog Run, but it is worth every penny!

Rail Trail where you can enjoy exploring with your beloved companion. This
sniff-tastic trail for tails is around 4.3 miles long and follows the former
Erie Railroad along the banks of the furrific Hudson River. This means your pup
can have a ball while you enjoy a puptastic view! You can cross over some
bridges and viaducts on your way, and your pup is sure to love the grassy areas
that you will pass through.
