North Palisades
North Palisades is an amazing place if you are looking for a place with a large state park where you and your dog can enjoy an entire weekend or afternoon walking and barking together. The Tallman Mountain State Park is nestled against the Hudson River and is a great place for hiking, walking, and just enjoying some fresh air with your amazing dog. Your pooch will appreciate a harness instead of a collar if you are planning out a hike for the two of you. You will also need to bring plenty of waste bags with you as well as water for you and your dog.36

South Palisades
South Palisades is great for you and your dog if you are looking for lots of woods and open land to explore. This neighborhood is pawfect for taking your dog for a long walk.
