Murlin Heights
Murlin Heights is a small community north of Dayton. The neighborhood consists of high-rise apartments and primarily medium-sized, single-family homes. The commercial area in the heart of the district offers sales and deals in local stores and more than enough cafes where you can grab a bite or drink. Outdoor activities abound here, too. Residents enjoy sports, picnics, and strolls in the local parks! Where should dog owners go? Montgomery County Bark Park is the pawfect spot! It’s a friendly place and is open to the public. You will find an agility course, training equipment, and two enclosures for puppies of different sizes.

Greenwave West
Centered on N Broadway St, Greenwave West is a neighborhood located not far from Greenville’s downtown. You will find the rural area behind Greenville Creek and Garst Museum, which is ruffly 20 minutes southeast of Union City. It’s a primarily residential neighborhood with churches, schools, and local businesses. Visitors with furry friends in tow can enjoy a nice walk in Greenville City Park. This is an attractive public park with walking trails and several historical landmarks. Leash up Fido and embark on a furrific walking adventure! The park also features a serene picnic area with seating and a playground for kids.

McCook Field
McCook Field is a central neighborhood nestled along the Miami River in Dayton, across from the city center. With I-75 running to the east, McCook Field is a mixed-use neighborhood with shopping malls and fast-food chains. Mixed with occasional residential quarters, the area features acres of green fields and parks. Deeds Point Metro Park, sitting on the top hill, is a favorite public park for the whole family! The riverside area is perfect for walking, cycling or strolling with Fido! What your mutt will love most, though, is the off-leash dog park. The doggie area has a small swimming pool and a vast open space to play with local tail-waggers!

Erie Road stretches throughout the southern part of New Bremen, Ohio, about 38 miles northeast of Union City. It’s a small village with a variety of cultural events and places. However, the road lies in quiet, remote terrain. Just a skip and a hop away, across the Miami and Erie Canal, you will find a set of eateries, fast food restaurants, residential quarters, and more.
