Test Track Park is a expansive area pawfect for a day with your dog. Leash up to explore this park’s gorgeous features. The two main draws are the historical statuary and plaques, and the river. Test Track Park’s statues include a tank, with information about the area’s military history. The creek is another great attraction! Wading is a popular activity in the warmer months, and even in winter the water provides a great backdrop to pictures or memories. If your dog just needs to work off energy, this is the place to do it. With walking paths that follow the water and some that hit the hills, this park has it all.

Briar Creek Center

You can’t ignore Briar Creek Lake Park’s leading feature: the lake! This view makes it a fantastic place to take the whole crew, while the water itself is pawsome for splashing and wading. There are some picnic tables and other features that modernize the park, such as restroom facilities, but most of the park is very natural. This is great for dogs who just need to work out their energy away from other people. You can walk your shy dog to their heart’s content without getting crowded! On the other paw, you should pack in the things you want, like drinks and snacks for you and your dog.

Columbia Park

The Ber Vaughn Park is a large recreation area in the Columbia Park neighborhood of Berwick. This park is divided into distinct areas that serve different purposes. The first is a playground, complete with climbing equipment. Next is a sports area. There's a baseball diamond, but also soccer fields and open space that can be claimed by players of other sports! There's also an open grassy area with picnic tables and shade coverings set up. These sections of the park are connected by a tree lined path. Leash up your pup and walk the path to see everything that Ber Vaughn Park has to offer!

East Berwick

Sponsler Park in the residential area of East Berwick packs a lot into a small space. The park features a gazebo, a playground, and a small "free library" section! The park is popular with local families. Shy dogs may not like how busy this park can be, so if your dog hates being the center of attention it may be best to stick to walking laps around this park. The size of the park means a lap or two could be a good walk for some dogs. If your dog is regularly high energy, you may have to lap it a few more times!
