Over 200 dancing snowflakes, nearly 200,000 LEDs, and a 3,000-foot-long light-changing canopy make this one of the largest choreographed festive light displays in North Texas. The square can get very busy and noisy, so ensure your dog is well-adjusted before you visit. Before attending Christmas in the Square, consider letting Santa's Little Helper blow off some steam at the Ruff Range Dog Park. Christmas on the Square takes place from late November 'til early January.

Check out the display, and then let your pup run off-leash at the 3-acre White Rock Lake Dog Park. This display usually runs from mid-December until the start of January.

The Browne Family Holiday Light Show, Plano

One of the most impressive neighborhood light shows in the Dallas area is the Browne Family Holiday Light Show.
