Spicewood is a small bedroom community in Burnet County, Texas. Although it is a small town, Spicewood is still filled with a plethora of different restaurants that Fido can dine at with you, plus a few great hiking trails to explore. Home to three veternarians, Fido will be feeling healthy and happy while the two of you have an adventure in Spicewood.

The Pace Bend Park is a fantastic spot to let Fido run around off leash and explore. The park is not fenced in, so make sure your pup has a good recall before unleashing him or her. With a picnic area, a nice walking trail, and access to the lake, your pup will have a great time with you at the Pace Bend Park.

Opie's Barbecue is a great spot to stop in and great a bite to eat. They offer award winning BBQ daily with a cafeteria style setting. Their menu is simple, but delicious, and offerstasty eats like brisket, sausage, and turkey. RO's Outpost is a chill roadside food truck that serves flavorful beef brisket, pork ribs, and half chickens. Both these restaurants have outdoor patios which welcome Fido to join you for your meal.
