Beachfront Park

Located on the Pacific Ocean, the Beachfront Park is one of the most comfortable places around to visit for families and pets alike. This dog-friendly park has many different activities for you to enjoy. From the wooden play structure for the little ones to the picnic tables located in the grassy areas for a relaxing day out, there are numerous different things to do for people of any age. 

This beach area has a dog-friendly policy, but do keep in mind that dogs are not allowed in the playground area. Though the website does not say, it is assumed that all dogs must be on a leash at all times due to the fact this is a family area where little ones may be running amuck. 

There are restrooms located on this property for your convenience. There are no water fountains, so you will want to bring your own beverages while you are visiting the area. 

Located near this area is also a large pier to walk down and a view of the local lighthouse. There are plenty of parking spots to choose from according to locals, so there should not be anything to worry about when it comes to locating a spot to park - no matter what time of day it is. This park is fantastic for a day out with family and friends, and your pup is more than welcome to join in as well. 

There are no lifeguards out at this particular beach, so be sure to swim at your own discretion and keep a close eye on any little ones with you. You will also want to keep your pup on a leash to be safe while swimming. Your family and your furry best friend will love you for bringing them to this small treasure of a park.
