Sharp Park Beach consists of a long fishing pier, a small park, and a furrifically picturesque sand beach region. The fishing is so abundant here that the pier has been rated #1 amongst avid sportsman in the Bay Area. There is lots of free pawrking in the provided lot or on the streets found directly adjacent to the beach. 

The first thing you will see when you arrive at this spot is the park itself. The park consists of a narrow stretch of grass and rests directly above the beach, featuring picnic tables where you and your pup can recline and enjoy a packed lunch from home. There is also a walking trail which runs directly parallel to the beach, and the pier itself offers the pawrfect place to work off some calories on a scenic walk. 

The beach, however, is the star attraction at this pawsome spot! South of the park, you will find a pawtastically beautiful brown sand beach that is a woofderful place for sunbathing, taking a stroll, building sand castles, or even beachcombing for treasures. Other doggone awesome activities at this beach include whale and pelican watching, surfing, and crabbing. You and your pup can swim here, so take the plunge and practice your best doggy paddle together!

Near the pier, there is a little cafe named the Chit Chat Cafe at the Pier where you can purchase snacks and drinks. Since it is unknown if the cafe is doggo-furiendly, you will want to bring drinking water and treats for Fido to enjoy back at the beach. Don't forget to pack some clean-up bags too!
