The facility itself provides all who stay with important amenities like drinking water and clean bathrooms. Along with the essentials, you'll also find a heap of fun at this park, with swimming, boating, sailing, and walkways and trails that lead up to a scenic lookout. The anglers among you will be thrilled to experience casting a line off of the dock or pier, or heading out into the waves for a shot at bigger catches. If you have a good day on the water, come back and prepare dinner at one of the fish-cleaning stations. There is also evening entertainment provided in the event area for those wanting to keep the fun going all night long!

While there are no showers at this park, you can find some coin-operated showers down the shore for all your hair-washing needs. This park is located off of the shore, in the heart of San Francisco, which means you can find just about anything to do or see within ten minutes of the park. Your pooch must stay on-leash while at the park itself, but nearby are off-leash dog runs and large recreation areas where Fido can stretch their sea legs out. Definitely bring along poop bags and clean up after your fur-baby as soon as they finish their business. 

It should be noted that you need to take a small dingy or rowboat to the shore from the pier. A lot of people swim in this cove, so traveling over 5 MPH is dangerous and strictly prohibited.
