The Bel Air RV Park and MH Community is a small but quaint little spot in the heart of Hanford, California. With just a few spots to park your rig (just 16 total sites ), this tiny park should only be on your agenda if you plan to make reservations in advance.Â
There are some shaded spots, some dirt sites available, and some paved sites as well, each available with 30 or 50 amp electricity and room for slideouts. There are no dry sites available at this park, so you can count on every site having electric, sewer, and water, as well as a patio for every site and room for slideouts (for those of you with big RVs). Take note that RVs over 50 feet cannot be accommodated at this campground.Â
This modest campground has laundry facilities, good road conditions, and even offers an escort to your site to show you the ropes as you get settled in. The best part? It's near several awesome attractions. You're at a great midpoint between Los Angeles and Sacramento, gifting the opportunity to travel in any direction for California adventures! In town, you can explore several museums, beautiful parks, the China Alley Historic District, and the Kings Speedway if you're looking for some fast-paced excitement.Â
As far as bringing along your furry friend, the Bel Air RV Park and MHP is pet-friendly. That being said, there are a few listed amenities for your pup as well as quite a few rules and regulations. For starters, keep your pooch leashed always (there are no off-leash areas anywhere in the park). Your dog is not permitted to be tied up outside your RV if they're unattended. Further, there are several breed and size restrictions, as well as restrictions on the number of pets you can bring. You're only permitted one pup per site, and you'll want to call ahead to find out more information on the breed and size restrictions.
