Big River RV Park

RV camping can be a lot of fun - especially in sunny California. Situated along the Colorado River just six miles west of Parker, Arizona, is Big River RV Park. This family-friendly RV park is great for every member of the family. Bring along your dog for a truly fun time. Since the campgrounds are family-friendly, it is expected that guests maintain the quiet atmosphere of the area.

Big River RV Park is open year-round due to great temperatures regardless of the season. In the winter, temperatures are generally in the low 70s. In the summer, the river is full of people water skiing, boating, fishing, and swimming. You'll also find some people sunbathing on the beach.

Full hookups are available onsite, and there is even access to Wi-Fi. If you are staying for a while, there is a laundry facility on site as well. BBQ facilities and picnic areas are situated throughout the park for those who want to grill out during their stay. With access to power, sewer hookups, and Wi-Fi, some guests stay a while.

The office is often hosting events and activities. Onsite, visitors can enjoy arcade games, billiards, and other outdoor games. There are generally activities hosted by the campgrounds that are family-friendly. Access to the beach and boat ramp is granted from the park, so you don't even have to leave the grounds for some fun in the sun. Keep in mind that this campground has a resort feel, so there may be campsites that don't have shade access.

Nearby, guests can enjoy wildlife watching, which includes birds and other animals that call the area home. Some of the guests like to go sightseeing or hiking through the area. Boat rentals are available nearby, and there are golf courses within a few miles.

Dogs are welcome in the park, but they aren't to be left alone. Dogs should be leashed at all times and be kept out of any building from which they are prohibited. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs as well.
