Comfortable, beautiful, and well-equipped -- what more could you ask for in a park? Preferably that it's pet-friendly, right? You're in luck! The Castaic Lake RV Park checks off all of those boxes. Just a half-mile from the Castaic Lake Recreation Area, this is the perfect home base for a camper and a camping pup who want to explore all that California has to offer. There are over 103 RV spaces. Of those, about 75 are pull-through accessible, and over 100 of them are able to accommodate double slide-outs. Each of these spaces is equipped with full hook-ups, including water, sewer, and 50 amp electric. The best part? It's super shaded in this beautiful park!Â
The park itself is incredibly well-equipped and comes standard with tons of amenities that you and your pup can enjoy, like a well-stocked store for snacks and last-minute items, clean and functional laundry facilities, a wonderful pool for all to enjoy, and a hospitable staff who is available to help you with all of your needs!Â
Your furry, four-legged friend can join you at the Castaic Lake RV Park, too! That is, as long as you both are okay with following some strict rules and regulations. For starters, your doggo has to be leashed at all times, no matter what. And there's a max leash length, too -- no more than six feet long, please. Additionally, while your pup is allowed to be securely tied up outside of your RV on their leash, they're not permitted to be outside alone between the hours of 10 pm to 6 am (the quiet hours, of course). Your dog's messes must be cleaned up immediately. No more than two dogs are allowed on the site, and unfortunately, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Malamutes, and Akitas are not permitted on the campground.  If any of these rules are violated, the park reserves the right to revoke your pet privileges.Â
