Description

The next best thing to owning a property with waterfront views is camping out by a picturesque river for the summer.

Columbia River RV Park rolls out the red carpet exclusively for RVers with beautifully landscaped grounds and sites right on the Columbia River, an epic stretch of water that offers a beautiful spot to camp. RV's can access pull-through or back-in sites with level, gravel pads and be connected to electricity (20/30/50 amp), sewer, water, and the internet.

Kick back and watch the show as river cruises, steamboats, and navy ships glide past. Join the local anglers on the beach shore and bring home the catch of the day, as the river is alive with salmon and steelhead.

A good-sized swimming pool offers summer fun with a playground for the kids and horseshoes for Mom and Dad. Restrooms, showers, and a laundry room are super clean, and there’s plenty of lawn space for picnics, reading, or a game of cricket with new friends made at the park.

The only sound you’re likely to hear in this tranquil retreat is the soothing sound of the river, as it’s off the beaten track and a few miles away from the highway. A camp store fulfills basic camper needs while the park's pet-friendly tag allows you to bring your pooch. Three acres out of the entire 10-acre park is devoted to dogs who’ll love the grass under their paws. Pet parents are asked to pick up their fur-angels' waste and ensure they are supervised and on their best doggy behavior. Dobermans, German Shepherds, and Rottweilers are a few of the breeds not allowed here, so check when you are booking if your pooch is eligible. Woofers are able to access the edge of the river where driftwood is sure to promote a game of fetch. The hosts run a tight ship in order to give their guests a quiet park where everyone can feel safe.

If you're curious about Woodland, a four-minute drive is all it takes to be wowed by the world famous Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens, a wondrous display of floral enchantment that dates back to the late 1880s. Outdoorsy folks will love the various walking trails Woodland has to offer, with Horseshoe Lake Park a great space to walk your dog, or you could embark on a challenging hike through rustic Bratton Canyon.

This tidy RV park is the pawfect place to plan an unforgettable adventure with Fido!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
