Description

The Cedars RV Resort is a relaxing stopover for RVers traveling to or from Canada with full hook-ups to electricity (30/50 amp), water, and sewer. Complimentary wifi is also available at the camp office, along with friendly staff always happy to help.

Sites are spacious with a tailored hedge on either side offering a unique style of privacy not often seen at other campgrounds. RV pads are conveniently pull-through on grass or gravel with a picnic table and fire ring. The daily rate is $40 to $55.

Tenters are welcome at the Cedars as are pets, as long as they follow a few common-sense rules. Owners are required to keep dogs on a leash when outside the dog park or vehicle and pick up their waste. Some campgrounds provide doggy bags, while others expect pet parents to bring their own.Ā Pooches even have their own fully fenced dog park where they can meet and greet other pups off-leash!

A busy highway and trains run close to the resort and can be noisy depending on where you are situated in the camp. For this reason, itā€™s wise to ensure fur-babies are supervised and safe.

Families flock to The Cedars for a weekend or summer break. A swimming pool keeps everyone cooled down, and fun activities include horseshoes, volleyball, and badminton. If it's raining, a games room with a pool table and ping pong offer indoor entertainment. A library provides a selection of great reads and you can make your own fun with a huge sports field where games of cricket or soccer are favorite pastimes.

Restrooms, showers, and a paid laundromat are well-kept with the ace card being the secluded ambiance you get from the tall hedges on your site. Soft grass under your feet is a nice touch when you step out of your RV, and it's apparent a lot of effort goes into making this resort a beautifully landscaped space.

A 5-mile drive lets you discover the beauty of Ferndale, a town where the main street highlights elegant Queen Anne, Neoclassical architecture from the 1800s. Take the kids to theĀ Sardis Raptor Center, where eagles, owls, and hawks are rescued and then returned to the wild. A visit to Pioneer ParkĀ lets you walk through the origins of this town with original pioneer cabins showcased for all to see.

Spending a night or vacation at The Cedars RV Resort opens your heart to a restful experience with a short drive to outstanding attractions the whole family can enjoy!
