Located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, this 55+ RV park is set on 12 acres of forest. If you don’t own your own RV, the campground has RV rentals available, but it doesn’t offer facilities for tent camping.

This RV-only park has 72 full hookup sites and jaw-dropping views of the mountains for a rate of $35 per night. Magnificent vistas and stunning waterfalls are some of the wonders of nature that you will find at this camping area. Maybe you’ll even get the chance to feel some authentic Smoky Mountain rain.

The RV park is conveniently located to several shopping areas, the Appalachian Trail, and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. If you’re interested in delving further into these majestic mountains, the Cherohala Skyway is a 43-mile scenic byway that can take you all the way into the heart of Tennessee. 

A few of the amenities found at the park include free wifi, laundry, a library, and picnic tables. If you’re craving company, the park’s owners pride themselves on their friendly guests and their own amicability. If you are eager for solitude, you’ll be surrounded by wooded areas perfect for relaxation and reflection.

Two beautiful, small Yorkshire terriers, Teddy and Missy, are seasonal residents of the park. They would love to meet Fido and romp around the hiking trails or go off-leash in the campground's doggie park! Just be sure to keep your buddy on a leash and always clean up after them.

Dubbed the “Gem Capital of the World" for its rich history in gem mining, the town of Franklin offers access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, gem shows, summer festivals, and many nearby mountain activities.
