Coyote Valley RV Resort

Coyote Valley RV Resort is located in San Jose, California. It has 127 spots, so it is a fairly large resort. They accommodate RVs, but there is no tent camping. This resort is pooch-friendly, however, so you can bring your furry best friend along for the adventure!

This site is mostly paved with a little bit of grass. It is surrounded by foothills and a few trees. There are restrooms and showers available for guest use. However, there do not look to be any campfire rings - so no campfires are allowed when visiting this park. For your RV, they have full hookups, back-ins, tables at each site, room for slideouts, big rig sites, and patios. They also have laundry facilities, RV supplies, a snack bar, metered LP gas, groceries, and much more! 

If you’re looking for fun things to do on site, there is a heated pool, horseshoe pits, a rec hall, game room, putting green, and nature trails, to name a few. If you’re interested in offsite activities, there are quite a few of those as well. You can go hiking, fishing, mountain biking, or even boating! Because of its location, it’s also close to many famous central and northern California cities. So, there’s something for everyone on and off-site.

When it comes to your pooch, there appear to be some rules. The resort has rules about the number of pets you can bring and the breed of dogs that are allowed. So, before you make a reservation, phone ahead and find out what the exact rules are. There isn’t much information about their leash and clean-up requirements, but just know that most RV resorts ask you to keep your pooch on a leash at all times and, of course, to always pick up after your pupper. No one wants to step in dog poop! Also be sure to bring everything your pooch needs for a pleasant trip such as their bedding, food, toys, and anything that makes them feel comfortable.
