Crown Cove RV Park is a pet-friendly RV park ruffly 15 miles south of Charlotte. It provides easy access to all the attractions and activities Charlotte has to offer, but is found in a relatively quiet location near residential neighborhoods.

With 126 sites distributed around a central bathhouse, this is a fairly big park and can get busy during peak times. It won't be an ideal choice if you're after a secluded, back-to-nature type of getaway, but it's paw-fect for anyone seeking convenience, cleanliness, and all the essential facilities.

All sites come with water, sewer, and electricity, and cable TV and WiFi are also available. Some sites are a little difficult to get to, but everything in the park is clean and well looked after, including the restrooms and showers. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you need to do some shopping or want to enjoy a meal out.

Rates are $60.42 a night for rigs under 38 feet, while rigs 38 feet or longer require a premium site for $91.20 a night. However, the park does not allow tents, vans, or pop-up campers.

If you're traveling with your pooch, they're more than welcome to stay with you at Crown Cove RV Park. There's a long and narrow fenced dog run where your pooch can get off-leash and release some pent-up energy, but you'll need to supervise them at all times.

Dogs must be kept leashed throughout the rest of the park, but small dog pens and runners are permitted on individual sites. However, you must never leave your dog unattended and you'll need to clean up after them whenever required. There are waste disposal bags provided throughout the park to help keep things clean.
