Frisco Woods Campground

The Frisco Woods Campground in Frisco, North Carolina is a family-friendly campground with facilities to please even the pickiest members of your group! Campers can choose from camping in tents, RVs, or in one- or two-room cabins. Frisco Woods is located on the Cape Hatteras Seashore, and it's considered one of the best waterfront camping destinations in the state. 

This dog-friendly campground allows visitors to bring up to two pets, but there are a few rules to be aware of. There's an additional $10 fee for each dog you bring, and they're required to be on a leash, cleaned up after, and never left unattended at your campsite.

Camping rates begin at $32 a night -- that will get you a primitive site with a picnic table and no hookups. Prices increase depending on the amenities you choose, including water and electric hookups and soundfronts. The most basic RV sites come with electric and water hookups and begin at $42 per night. Sites with full hookups and soundfronts go for $48 per night. One-room cabins at Frisco Woods sleep up to four people and can be rented for $55 per night. A two-room cabin sleeps six people, and rates begin at $60 a night. If you plan on visiting during peak season from May 21 to September 22, prices increase slightly.

There are several convenient amenities at Frisco Woods, including free wifi, dishwashing areas, laundry facilities, a dumping station, and free air refills. You'll also find hot showers and ice, beer, and other supplies at the camp store. Campfires are permitted at Frisco Woods, but campers must bring their own above-ground pit and wood. If you plan on camping in a cabin, you'll also need to bring your own bedding.

Campers can enjoy windsurfing, swimming, canoeing, jet skiing, sailing, and many other aquatic activities on the water, and the campground offers rentals for whatever you'll need. There's also a large pool in the campground open from 9 AM to 9 PM if you need a break from the waves.

Each night, quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM to 8 AM to ensure campers are rested up to enjoy their stay at this spectacular campground!
