High Sierra RV Park-MHP

High Sierra RV Park & Campground, located just a short distance from Yosemite National Park, is a perfect mountain getaway for you and Fido, whether you have an RV, need a cabin, or want to pack a tent. Situated on the Fresno River in Oakhurst, California, this park boasts its own private swimming hole and two scenic waterfalls for you to explore!

The campsites here are satellite-friendly and sunny or shaded with pine and oak trees. There are daily, weekly, and monthly rates that range depending on the season (off, mid and peak) and the style of camping (tent, cabin, or RV). Discounts are available for consecutive day stays and long-term rentals, but the minimum price for tents is $13/night and RVs are $26/night. 

Each site's fees include no more than five guests and each additional guest (up to six people) is charged $7 per person each night. Entrance fees are not charged if you have an overnight reservation; however, you can visit for the day for $7 per person as well on a day pass, and no pet fees are charged.

Pets are limited to two per site, and there are breed restrictions, so be sure to call ahead to make sure your pupper can accompany you. If you stay in a cabin, you will be assessed a $25 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. Pets must be on a leash any time they are outside of your camper, cabin, or tent, and you must clean up after them.

Campers access to clean bathrooms, hot showers, and laundry facilities, so you can get away without losing out on modern luxuries. With the diverse mountain landscape, you never quite know what wildlife you may run into. Bears are quite common in this area, so always remain alert and know where Fido is at all times.

Nearby recreation includes ATV riding, a marina, kayaking and canoeing, fishing and swimming in the river, and even a casino within ten miles. There is something for everyone at the High Sierra RV Park and Campground!
