Description

Visionary mountain views and a private forest set the scene for a legendary stay at Jackson Rancheria RV Park in the golden state of California.

For some folks, rolling their RVs into this surreal, natural wonderland will be about the close proximity to the casino, just minutes away, while others will appreciate the classy amenities and peaceful essence this park presents.

There are 100 RV sites with full hook-ups to electricity (30/50 amp), water, and sewer. Motorhomes of all sizes can drive onto a level, roomy concrete pad easily accessed via perfectly paved roads complete with ranch-style fencing and youthful trees dotted around. Each site has a picnic table with meticulously manicured grass either side.

The casino theme is prevalent, but this RV park stands on its own merit with exceptional facilities, including modern restrooms, showers, and a laundry room, plus a spectacular pool and spa. This is resort living in the wilderness with connections to the internet and cable TV throughout the park.

If security is something you value this park has 24-hour surveillance to ensure your visit is hassle-free. A camp store is equipped with snacks, propane, and groceries, while your classic horseshoes, table tennis, and bocce ball are fun activities to enjoy.

The park hosts welcome pets and allow two furry friends per site, with dogs required to stay on a leash. Pet parents are asked to pick up their fur-babies' waste and keep their behavior in check. Supervision of pets must be constant, and the park insists no four-legged friends be left outside on their own. The happy news for woofers is a pawesome dog park where pooches can celebrate being on vacation in a fenced area where they can go off-leash. Here, they can play and get to know new puppy friends.

If you’ve come to try your luck at the nearby casino, a shuttle is on hand to escort campers there and back. The casino boasts a first-rate hotel where you can book in for a night and dine in their upscale Lone Wolf Restaurant.

Around 4 miles from the park is the city of Jackson, California, home to a popular casino and Daffodil Hill, an area dedicated to many varieties of these radiant springtime flowers. The Kennedy Gold Mine is well worth a visit -- precious gold was discovered at this historic site long before the Gold Rush days.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
