Leapin' Lizard RV Ranch is located in the world-famous resort area near Ocotillo Wells/Anza-Borrego Desert in California. The open night skies here afford views of the Milky Way that attract tourists from around the world, and the uninhabited, mostly road-free desert begs for ATV off-roading on one of the multiple recreational areas available.

The RV ranch is the perfect place to relax in the desert and still have the confidence of knowing you have sewer, water, and power hookups. It's a secure area, too -- the entire ranch is fenced for your peace of mind. You can rent spaces by the day, week, or month.

Amenities include a fully tiled pool and heated spa, full restroom and showers, and a laundry facility. Your furry family will love the large fenced-in pet area provided for their entertainment and off-leash enjoyment (be sure you clean up after yourself and your pets, of course!). A $5/day, 1 pet maximum limit is placed on rental units. Please note that Leapin' Lizard RV Ranch doesn't accept credit or debit cards, so be sure to bring a cash or check to settle the bill.

There's a cell phone hotspot at the office if you need to make emergency phone calls or simply check in on what's going on back home. Want to relax by the fire? You'll find a large group fire ring where you and Fido can enjoy the campfire warmth and gaze at the wide-open expanse of sky. There's no other view like it anywhere on the planet.

If relaxation isn't your thing, you can choose from multiple activities, such as the off-roading opportunities, desert hiking and exploring, and jeep tours.

The desert is a unique place to visit, but keep in mind that our pets get hot quickly, and their paws are sensitive. If you are exploring the sandy expanse of nature, bring lots of water to keep Fido and yourself hydrated and consider how the pads of their feet may be feeling. Also, coyotes, rattlesnakes, and other hazardous animals may be lurking nearby, so keep Fido on a short leash and stay alert.
