Here, your family and furry friends can have a fun-filled day together exploring many of the dog-friendly frolic spots like Bailey Cove Trail, and your water-loving tail-wagger can even join you for a swim! The majestic mountains in the surrounding area can't be missed either, and your hike-loving hound is free to join you on many of the terrific trails to be found around Mt Shasta, as long as they're leashed. Mountain Gate has plenty of drinking water on the grounds, so make sure you stock up before adventuring!

This campsite even has its very own free-to-use clubhouse and swimming pool! You can enjoy a lunchtime treat on the shaded picnic tables -- bring the little ones to the playground or play a game of horseshoes! The best thing about this pawesome place? Not only will you find designated doggy areas with dumping stations nearby for poop bags, but there's also a fully fenced dog park with play equipment, shade, and plenty of owner-approved seating!
