Certified by AAA, Trailer Life, and Woodalls as a top-rated RV park, Napa Valley Expo RV Park is known as one of the most welcoming RV parks in the country. Whether you use theirĀ site as a home base as you travel the rest of the world, or visit Napa and Sonoma Valley and come here as your stopping point, you will find that this resort has everything that you and Fido need to enjoy your stay.
Located just a 5-minute walk from Historic Downtown Napa, the park is centrally situated to make the best of nature's beauty and life's amenities. Between the multiple wine tasting events, shopping opportunities, and tourist attractions, there is never a shortage of things to do!
Inside the park itself, you will find a dog-friendly place to enjoy your getaway. Each site is set up with concrete padding with full water and electric hook-ups. The park is located on a fairgrounds, so the sites are big and well set up for RVers. Laundry facilities and full restrooms with community showers are kept in good repair and available for use. Full hookup sites are $60 per day.
While there is no specific area designated as a dog park, there is plenty of room for dog walking and exercise. One drawback is the lack of shade available, so be sure to plan accordingly when you take Fido out for the day. Pack lots of water and don't forget to keep the hot pavement in mind for those sensitive paws!
Depending on the time of year, there may be a lot of traffic surrounding the park area, so it is recommended that you keep Fido on a leash when you are outside of your RV.
The basic pet rules apply here as well.Ā Pets must be on a leash no longer than six feet and kept inside at night. Don't leave Fido outdoors alone, and be sure you clean up after any messes immediately. There is a cap of 3 dogs per site, and you can't use outdoor exercise pens or groom outdoors.
