Yes, people flock to places like Miami and Daytona Beach, with their flashing lights and 24-hour nightlife, but how are you supposed to relax when you're constantly bumping elbows with other vacationers?! Ocean Park, Washington offers the pristine beauty of the Pacific beaches without the bustling crowds and the unpleasantries that come along with unruly tourists -- and right in the center of this quaint town is Ocean Parks Resort. 

Ocean Parks Resort welcomes tent campers, RVers, and their furry companions, and the staff works hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The RV sites feature full hookups with 30 amp power and complimentary cable; these come in both back-in or pull-through lots and accommodate any style of rig 60 feet in length or less. Off-season daily rates for tents and RVs is $31.

Don't have a tent or motorhome? No problem! They have 12 motel rooms where you can stay, and unlike most motels, small dogs are welcome there too! (For an extra fee of $7 per pet.) Each room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a TV with cable, a DVD player, and queen bed(s). Prefer a full kitchen? They have that too! All lodging guests have access to the park's wifi, restrooms, and coin-operated showers during their stay. 

Tiny campers will enjoy the on-site playground and outdoor games, but these won't keep them entertained forever! Thankfully, the area has plenty to keep the kids busy, with white sand beaches, arcades, shopping, amusement rides, museums,  and horseback riding, all in the span of 10 miles! All that fun is sure to work up an appetite, and when it does, there are plenty of delicious eateries to fill your gullet and pubs to wet your whistle!
