Silver Lake Campground on June Lake Loop is a pawmazing place to come for fishing, hiking, and more. This facility offers convenient access to June Lake and the Ansel Adams Wilderness. There are 63 sites here that can each accommodate up to six people. Sleep in tents or bring RVs as long as 40 feet for your visit. Amenities here include showers, potable water, flush toilets, fire pits, and picnic tables. After your first vehicle, there's an additional charge of $5 per night for individual campsites.

The campground is spread out in a partially shaded area along the northern shore of Silver Lake. Sleep under the stars or the aspen and pine trees depending on your site's location. Enjoy views of the water and the mountain ridges around you. There's a marina nearby where you can rent a boat or launch your watercraft to go fishing in the lake. Another option is to head to Rush Creek with your fly rod. Take Rush Creek Trail up over the cliff, through Rush Canyon, and past alpine lakes and waterfalls. Stay alert for forest creatures like mule deer, pine martins, hawks, osprey, woodpeckers, and more as you travel on this 7.5-mile out-and-back pathway. 

The whole family, including Fido, can camp here with you. Enjoy exploring the outdoors together, but keep your furry friend on a leash and attended at all times. Show courtesy to other campers by scooping your pal's poop and disposing of it properly. There's a limit of two dogs per campsite.
