Description

Tucked next to Bass Lake in a peaceful grove of oak, cedar, and pine trees, Spring Cove Campground is a place where campers can unwind and take their minds off of the daily grind. It is located in central California’s Sierra National Forest, and if you’re looking for the perfect place for your next camping trip, you’ve found it! You can explore the countless features of California’s wonderful outdoors, and you can bring your dog along for the trip since the campground is pet-friendly.

There are 61 sites at Spring Cove Campground, and each site can fit up to six campers and two vehicles. The facilities are well-maintained, and amenities include picnic tables, grills, fire rings, drinking water, and flush toilets. There is also a dump station nearby. The campground is situated near some popular outdoor activities. Bass Lake, which is pawpular with water lovers, is adjacent to the campground and offers plenty of opportunities for fishing, boating, and swimming. Some trails in the area are Devils Slide Falls Trail, Way-of-the-Mono Interpretive Trail, and Angel Falls Trail. The campground is also within driving distance of Yosemite National Park, a very popular location for outdoors enthusiasts.

When you are making plans for your stay at Spring Cove Campground, remember that you can only bring up to two pets, and they must remain on-leash at all times. Also, large RVs and trailers are not recommended at this campground -- the maximum vehicle length is 30 feet. The campground has a two-night minimum stay on weekends, and this increases to three nights on holiday weekends. If you plan on visiting during a holiday, note that the nightly fee is an extra $2.

Staying at Spring Cove Campground is a wonderful experience, and you are sure to have a great time enjoying the outdoors and the company of your dog!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
