Description

Set in a showstopper scene of horse ranches and mountains, The Californian RV Resort is motorhome exclusive with snazzy hook-ups to electricity (30/50), water, sewer, and the internet.

The slender sites are terraced as the park sits on a sloping hill with gravel/concrete pads and a scattering of decorative trees. Internal roads are wide and nicely paved making navigation easy for the bigger rigs. Pull-through access offers a faster set-up, and you might have to bring your own picnic table as they are not provided on-site. The park also specifies only propane grills can be used. The daily rate is $47.

You’re up around 3,000 feet with fresh mountain air and a night sky that captivates when the stars come out to play. Kids will be pumped swimming in the clear, blue pool while Mom and Dad get to relax in the spa.

A club room with a kitchen is available for hire while the outdoor pavilion has picnic tables and barbeques for guests at the park. You can also keep up your fitness routine with the equipment at the gym.

Restrooms, showers, and a laundry are always super clean, and the entire resort has security gates for ultimate camper safety. Bring your dog, but be aware the resort has breed restrictions. American Staffordshires, Pit bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, and Dobermans will not get into the resort, and the hosts suggest you check with them to confirm your pooch can camp here. All pups can be off-leash inside the RV; outside, they must be on a leash no shorter than 6-feet. Owners are requested to supply litter bags and dispose of their woofers' waste.

The Angeles National Forest is only five miles from the resort, with mammoth hiking trails for nature lovers wanting to be inspired. The Gabrielino Trail is an invigorating trek with waterfalls and crossings where you can take along your dog. They will need to be on a leash, and you'll need to bring plenty of drinking water for both of you.

The resort is a pawpular RV park where folks and furry friends come to get a little peace and quiet.

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
