Webb Creek Park

Webb Creek Park is a spacious recreational area on the shores of Clearwater Lake in Piedmont, Missouri. The campground faces east, so sunrises are spectacular from Webb Creek, and it's known for being on the quiet side of the lake. Also known just as Webb Creek or Webb Creek Recreational Area, this campground has 31 sites to choose from, and can accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs. Standard non-electric sites go for just $14 a night, and standard electric sites go between $16 and $20 per night. 

Campsites at Webb Creek can accommodate up to ten people, and your dog is welcome to come along too -- just keep them on a leash. Each site at Webb Creek has a fire ring and a picnic table. You'll find most of the campsites are positioned on a forested hillside and have excellent views of the water. Some of the campground's other amenities include a dump station, hot showers, and a boat ramp. To keep your two-legged children busy, there's also a playground and swimming area on-site.

Temperatures at Clearwater Lake can reach 92 degrees in the summer, making it the pawfect place to swim, boat, and fish. The Webb Creek Marina is full service and has boat rentals, gas, and plenty of other convenient supplies. There are no private docks on the lake, and you'll find miles of rustic shoreline to explore. When you're not in the water, the coastline makes for a great picnic or beach spot. The area is known for its prime wildlife viewing, and it isn't uncommon to see fox, deer, and several species of birds.

The roads around the campground are quite steep so the area can be difficult to access in certain vehicles. Peak season at Webb Creek is from May to September, so reservations are always encouraged. If you plan to visit outside of those months, sites are first-come-first-served!
