When your fur baby arrives at the Barking Lot Dog Park, they can ditch their leash and run free. The two acre area is fully fenced, so you can take comfort in knowing your pup is safely contained. Your canine companion will have a blast as they wrestle and ruffhouse with new four legged friends. Since there isn't a small dog area, dogs of all shapes and sizes should feel comfortable playing together. Three small bone shaped pools are available for splashing, and there is an interactive fire hydrant that sprays for added excitement. This park even has a furrific agility course. When it comes to having fun, the sky is the limit!
The Barking Lot Dog Park has a woofderful gazebo where pet parents can relax while their doggos romp, just make to keep an eye on your pooch. A doggy drinking fountain is also available. Don't forget to bring a clean-up bag and always pick up after your pooch. When your pal is finished playing, clip on their leash to explore the rest of Saluda Shoals Park. The 400 acre riverfront park offers water activities, picnic shelters, a playground and hiking trails that are sure to tire out your active pup.
To access this furrific play space, you'll need to purchase an annual pass for $40 which allows you to bring up to two dogs for year. In addition, you'll also need a parking pass for Saluda Shoals Park which runs $5 for a day, and $45 for a year. Your dog should also be up to date on all vaccines before visiting the dog park.
